Problem:  DesignWrite had just been awarded a multi-million dollar project with a leading pharmaceutical company that required a significant software development effort in a condensed time frame.  The project had a hard end-date which could not be adjusted.  Furthermore, the IT staff had recently experienced some turnover, further complicating the challenge.

Solution:  DesignWrite management called several firms with an outline of required skill sets.  Barry from Executive Business Solutions not only responded right away to our need, but produced several candidates who were highly qualified and had the necessary experience.

Result:  DesignWrite was able to meet the delivery dates and satisfy the customer’s needs using the contract programmers provided by EBS. Ultimately, DesignWrite both hired, then subsequently promoted, the resource obtained through EBS.  Since then, EBS has provided an additional resource for similar needs, whom DesignWrite also hired.

Problem: The Institute of Electrical And Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Princeton Central New Jersey section was looking for a consulting expert to speak at our monthly meeting held at Princeton University.

Solution: Based on recommendations from others I contacted Barry to speak to the group.  Besides his expertise in the consulting field his engineering and technical background helped the audience relate to him. However, when Barry arrived, the room had not been set up and the AV equipment was not working.
